PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotating lamp hardly transmitting vibration of an installation target member such as machinery to a rotating lamp main body 11 even when the rotating lamp main body 11 is attached to the installation target member such as the machinery. SOLUTION: This rotating lamp is provided with a base body 13 and the rotating lamp main body 11 having a translucent globe 12 mounted to the base body 13. The installation target member 50, to which the rotating main body 11 is mounted, and the rotating lamp main body 11 is fixed to the installation target member via a shock absorbing member 40, since the shock absorbing member 40 is mounted to the rotating lamp main body 11 by a first fixing means 25 while the shock absorbing member 40 is mounted to the installation target member by means of a second fixing means.
