PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring seasoning apparatus capable of evenly seasoning and sufficiently coping with a system of a combined measuring device and a packing machine which are driven at a high speed. SOLUTION: This measuring seasoning apparatus has a measuring vessel 3 measuring and supplying semi-processed food comprising small piece snack, condiment feeders 4, 5, and 6, a mixer 2 which can turn around a horizontal axis and rotate around its rotation axis nearly crossing the horizontal axis at right angles and has an opening provided at the end of the autorotation axis, and a turn table 1 conveying the mixer 2 so as to stop at a plurality of stop positions including a first stop place. The mixer 2 is supplied with measured semi-processed food through the opening from the measuring vessel 3 in a state where the mixer is turned to make the opening face obliquely upward at the first stop place, and supplied with condiments according to the measured weight of the semi-processed food through the opening from the condiment feeder at either one of the stop places, stirs the semi-processed food and condiments, and discharges the semi-processed food by being turned to make the opening face downward at either one of the stop places.
