A device for preventing clogging of a lance nozzle is provided to stably produce quicklime by simply cleaning foreign materials accumulated within the lance nozzle, thereby smoothly maintaining supply of a fuel and optimally controlling the calcination state. In a shaft kiln having a plurality of lances which supplies a combustion gas into the partition wall through a gas pipe installed on the periphery of a partition wall formed in a circular shape, and in which a lance nozzle(12) is mounted, a device for preventing clogging of the lance nozzle comprises: a nozzle cleaning pin(14) comprising a circular top-shaped outer diameter that is formed at an end of one side thereof and is not greater than an inner diameter of the lance nozzle; an air cylinder(20) in which a cylinder rod(23) driven by air is installed, and the other end of the nozzle cleaning pin is fixed to an end of one side of the cylinder rod; and a solenoid valve(30) having an air tube connected to the air cylinder, wherein the nozzle cleaning pin is formed in such a shape that one end of the nozzle cleaning pin is longer than the nozzle, and a supporting plate(14a) of the nozzle cleaning pin is caught on a stopper(12a) formed on the nozzle. |
