An equipment for adjusting and cleaning ventilation bars is provided to remove adhesion ore adhered to the ventilation bars and uniformize distribution of blending raw materials in a sintering machine by simultaneously mounting cylindrical scrapers slid into the ventilation bars on the ventilation bars and reciprocating the ventilation bars horizontally. An equipment for adjusting and cleaning ventilation bars comprises: a ventilation bar cleaning part(30) for removing adhesion ore adhered onto the ventilation bars by cylindrical scrapers which is slidingly movable on the ventilation bars in the state that the cylindrical scrapers are mounted on the ventilation bars; a ventilation bar adjusting part(40) for horizontally reciprocating the ventilation bars cleaned by the ventilation bar cleaning part; and a raw material height sensing part(50) for allowing the ventilation bars of the ventilation bar adjusting part to move forward and backward by sensing an elevation of raw materials stacked in an upper part of the ventilation bars. The ventilation bar cleaning part comprises wheels(31), crank shafts(33) and cylindrical scrapers(36). The ventilation bar adjusting part comprises plates, electric cylinders(41a,41b,41c), and limit switches. The raw material height sensing part comprises a fixed shaft(51), a touch bar(50a), a bearing(53), and limit switches(52a,52b,52c). |
