Provided is a functional hat which effectively emits anion materials of minus electrons themselves without using a usual high voltage discharging mode capable of generating ions by electric device. The functional hat is manufactured by: mixing an anion-emitting powder such as magnetite, natural ore, clay, ladon, radium, tourmaline, titanium, coral, diatomaceous earth, and feldspar, with a metal powder generating a magnetic field such as ferrite, neodymium, alnico, so as to obtain a mixture; imparting adhesion to the mixture, and applying the mixture on a cloth inside the hat by spraying; magnetizing the cloth itself inside the hat by using magnetizer, or mixing the anion-emitting powder and the metal powder with flexible, plastic synthetic resin such as rubbers, silicone, soft urethane to obtain a mixture; injection molding the mixture of the third step to obtain a head band(2) and a vertex band(3); and attaching the bands(2,3) to the inside of the hat(4). |
