A door structure for a vehicle, expanding an effective space of a vehicle interior. The door structure has a carrier plate (4) fixed to an inner panel (3) and closing an opening (3a) formed in the inner panel (3), and has trim members (7, 8, 9) for covering the vehicle interior side of the carrier plate (4). The trim members (7, 8, 9) are a beltline trim (7) placed along a beltline on the upper end of the inner panel (3), a pocket trim (8) placed near the lower part of the inner panel (3), and an armrest trim (9) placed between the beltline trim (7) and the pocket trim (8).
