ORGANIC ELECTROLUMINESCENCE DISPLAY DEVICE

An organic electroluminescence display device is provided to prevent the brightness reduction and to improve the life span and reliability by restricting the output current reduction caused by the change of threshold voltage due to stress applied to a driving transistor for a long time. An organic electroluminescence display device includes a number of data lines(D) transmitting a data signal; a number of gate lines(G) arranged across the data lines to transmit a gate signal(scan_n); and a number of pixels formed by the data and gate lines. Each pixel comprises a first switching transistor(T3) having a drain terminal connected to the data line and a gate terminal connected to the gate line; a second switching transistor(T4) having a source terminal connected to a source terminal of the first switching transistor and receiving a gate signal(scan_n-1) of the previous pixel through a gate terminal; a capacitor(C2) of which one end is connected with the source terminals of the first and second switching transistors; a third switching transistor(T5) having a source terminal connected with the drain terminal of the second switching transistor, receiving external voltage(VDD) through a drain terminal, and receiving a control signal(Vc) through a gate terminal; a driving transistor(T7) comprising a drain terminal connected with the source terminal of the third switching transistor and a gate terminal connected with a common terminal of the first and second switching transistors; a fourth switching transistor(T6) having a drain terminal connected with the source terminal of the driving transistor and one end of the capacitor and a source terminal connected with a ground terminal, and receiving the gate signal of the previous pixel through a gate terminal; and an organic light emitting unit(OLED2) connected to the source terminal of the driving transistor to emit the light according to the amount of current flowing in the source terminal of the driving transistor.
