A method and an apparatus for offering a wireless web page to a terminal whose display unit rotates, and a medium recording a program for implementing the same are provided to offer a wireless web page in accordance with a current attribute of the terminal when a user selects a bookmark regardless of an attribute of the terminal when a bookmark is set. A method for offering a wireless web page to a terminal whose display unit rotates comprises the following several steps. A wireless web page transmission request is received from a user terminal(S602). An attribute of the user terminal is determined wherein the attribute indicates a state that a display of the user terminal is arranged(S604). A wireless web page is received from a web server according to the attribute(S606,S608). An URL of the received wireless web page is converted into a common URL, and the converted common URL is transmitted to the user terminal(S610,S612).
