A high strength mega truss structure using a steel-concrete sandwich composite beam and a factory building thereby are provided to resist vibration by mounting a web between an upper beam and a lower beam for simultaneously moving the upper and lower beams, and to cut down construction cost by reducing steel and weight of members. A high strength mega truss structure includes an upper beam(100) made of a steel-concrete sandwich composite beam having a first side shape member(110) for forming a side of the beam by arranging upper and lower flanges and a web(111,112,113), a second side shape member(120) arranged in parallel with the first side shape member to form the other side of the beam by spacing the upper flanges from the each other and charge concrete(130) poured between the first and second side shape members, a lower beam(200) placed in a lower part of the upper beam and provided with a third side shape member(210) corresponding to the first side shape member, a fourth side shape member(220) corresponding to the second side shape member and charge concrete(230) poured between the third and fourth side shape members, a first web(310) corrugated between the first and third side shape members and mounted to the lower flange of the first side shape member and the upper flange of the third side shape member, and a second web(320) corrugated between the second and fourth side shape members and bonded to the lower flange of the second side shape member and the upper flange of the fourth side shape member. Charge concrete of the upper beam is integrally formed with slab concrete on the upper beam, and charge concrete of the lower beam is integrally constructed with slab concrete on the lower beam. The first web and the second web are arranged alternately and zigzagged and opposed to each other.
