<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shield conductive path that is easy to fabricate, and a fabrication method thereof. <P>SOLUTION: The shield conductive path has such a configuration that a plurality of electric wires 10 are collectively enclosed with a shielding metal pipe 20, and is fabricated by passing the plurality of electric wires 10 through the metal pipe 20 that is substantially straight, and bending the metal pipe 20 and the wires 10 together while the wires 10 and fixing members 40 fastened to the ends of the wires 10 are kept in the state in which retraction thereof in the direction of length with respect to the metal pipe 20 is restricted. According to this method, the wires does not butt the bending portion of the metal pipe, nor damages the metal pipe.
