PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an output control unit sufficiently assuring security and privacy.

SOLUTION: The output control unit comprises an operation mode setting part 32 which sets an operation mode of own device according to an inputted instruction, a display control part 33 for controlling output degree of the video output by a display part 16, and an audio control part 34 for controlling output degree of the audio output by second and third audio output parts (19/20). When the operation mode setting part 32 sets operation mode as a first operation mode, the display control part 33 lowers the output degree of video output than when the operation mode is set as a second operation mode, while the audio control part 34 lowers the output degree of audio output than when the operation mode is set as the second operation mode.
