PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for simply producing a block copolymer membrane having a cylinder structure orienting in the perpendicular direction to the membrane surface and having a small turbulence of an orienting angle.

SOLUTION: This invention relates to the block copolymer membrane which has the membrane thickness of 0.1 μm-50 mm and the cylinder structure which orients in the perpendicular direction to the membrane surface and has an absolute value of less than 9° of the turbulence of the orienting angle to the vertical orienting prescribed by the half width at half maximum by two-dimensional small angle X-ray scattering measuring, and to its production method.
