<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved heat insulation vessel and improve adhesion between a cup and a shell by an improved method which facilitates the adhesion. <P>SOLUTION: This heat insulating vessel for a hot drink etc. comprises: the inside cup (12) which has an approximately truncated circular cone-shaped cup body (22) (a); and the outside shell (14) which has an approximately circular truncated-cone shape (b). A thermally-adhesive plastic coating (42) is annexed to at least either of the shell (14) and the cup body (22) (c), and the cup (12) seats itself in the shell (14) in such a manner that the coating (42) is elongated at least along a contact passage near an upper edge of the shell (14) (d). At least one of bonded points and/or bonded parts, where the shell (14) is bonded to the cup body (22) with the plastic coating (42), is locally formed only on the contact passage. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
