<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stacked piezoelectric element which controls an inhibition of a displacement of a stacking body and a generation of a disconnection of an external electrode with simple configuration. <P>SOLUTION: In the stacked piezoelectric element 1, a second external electrode 25 extends in a wave shape along a stacking direction, and is connected to a first external electrode 23 in a plurality of convex portions 31 electrically and physically. As the second external electrode 25 has an elasticity in the stacking direction, the inhibition of the displacement of the stacking body 2 and the generation of the disconnection of the second external electrode 25 are controlled. Because the stacked piezoelectric element 1 adopts an extremely simple member having a plate shape or the like for the second external electrode 25, the configuration of the piezoelectric element 1 is simplified.
