<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simulation program which correctly calculates a sales price for securing a desired profit by integrating fixed expenses, variable expenses, other expenses and a house profit into a cost. <P>SOLUTION: This system comprises a cost simulation program which simulates a sales price, an operation computer in which the program operates, an input/output terminal to/from the operation computer, an absolute value database which stores the amount of the expenses added to the sales price, a tendency value database which stores the rate of the expenses added to the sales price for the sales price or buying costs, and an expense unit price database storing expense unit price of the variable expenses.
