ILLUMINATION DEVICE, ILLUMINATION FIXTURE AND ILLUMINATION SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an illumination device, illumination fixture and illumination system capable of performing accurate inspection of a secondary cell without influenced by a lamp state.

SOLUTION: An emergency lighting device 2 receives a lamp status out put B from a normal lighting device 1 while a commercial power supply AC is supplied and determines abnormality of the secondary cell 20 by a determining part 25c only when a lamp 3 is normally lit when an emergency lighting circuit part 23 is operated by the secondary cell 20 at inspection of the secondary cell 20, does not determine abnormality of the secondary cell 20 at the end of life of the lamp 3 when a discharging current of the secondary cell 20 becomes excessive or in a coming-off state of the lamp 3 where the discharging current of the secondary cell 20 becomes too low or even in a power supply OFF state where the state of the lamp 3 becomes more uncertain.
