<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the concentration of current on an angular pipe corner part in the bent inner side of a bent part of a high-frequency heating coil by an inexpensive means without degrading dimensional accuracy. <P>SOLUTION: By forming the cross-sectional shape of each angular pipe of circular heating conductor parts 2 and a semi-circular heating conductor part 4 connected to each other at respective bent parts 5a and 5b into a pentagon-shaped cross section having one peak 2a or 4a between angular pipe corner parts in the bent inner side of the bent part, a current concentrated on the angular pipe corner parts in the bent inner side is dispersed to parts of the peaks 2a and 4a formed between the angular pipe corner parts; and thus the concentration of the current on the angular pipe corner parts in the bent inner side can be prevented with an inexpensive means without degrading dimensional accuracy. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
