PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve strict utilization management of a recording/reproduction content to which an information recording medium is applied.

SOLUTION: The information processor has a constitution for generating encryption data corresponding to a content management unit by encryption processing, to which a unit key is applied, and having a unit key file storing a unit key. The encryption processing for the unit key file or file constitution data is executed on the basis of an encryption key generated by applying a seed whose value is updated in accordance with the change of the constitution of the unit key included in the unit key file. Seed information is changed corresponding to the variation of a stored content such as movement of a content management unit. Consequently, it is possible to manage the unit key maintaining the correspondence in-between the content stored in the information recording medium. It is also possible to prevent unauthorized utilization of the content by the utilization of an unauthorized unit key.
