<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an environment-friendly and energy saving power-generating device including a weighting system. <P>SOLUTION: The environment-friendly and power saving power-generating device comprises at least one starter 1, a power-generating device 7, a transmission gear device b, and at least one weighting system 6. The starter is started by an external power source and a revolution ratio of the transmission gears. Torque is generated by a gear change of reduction gears different in size by releasing energy accumulated in a several times level of original energy of the starter. And a rotation of the weighting system 6 can keep a balance between a load of power-generating and a load of power consumption by the power-generating device by releasing much energy generated by rotating and producing gravity. This can make the power-generating device start. When the power-generating device reaches a rated speed of the power generation, a part of electric power is directly transmitted to the starter, and it can make an operation of the power generation continue. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
