PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frequency overlay communication system for increasing efficiency of frequency resources and a control method thereof.

SOLUTION: This invention provides the frequency overlay communication system that includes a first communication system for performing communication using a first frequency band having a preset bandwidth and a second communication system for performing communication using a second frequency band having a second preset bandwidth, wherein the second frequency band includes the first frequency band.
