PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide candy which comprises a combination of crystalline type candy using xylitol and noncrystalline type sugarless candy, especially a combination of crystalline type candy and noncrystalline type sugarless candy in the right and left, and has the contact part of the candies, having continuous smooth new appearance and palate feeling, and to provide a technique for efficiently producing the candy. SOLUTION: This technique for producing the candy comprises depositing at the same time fluid crystalline type candy dough containing 66-99 wt.% of xylitol as glucide and 34-1 wt.% of other sugar alcohol, and fluid noncrystalline type sugarless candy dough.
