PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide electronic equipment mounting a gasket having such a structure as to be easily set in and hardly pulled off from the electronic apparatus. SOLUTION: The electronic equipment has a housing, an electronic equipment unit mounted on the housing, and a gasket pushed into an aperture formed in the housing or the electronic equipment unit. The gasket has a cover which is in contact with the surface of the housing or the electronic equipment unit, a supporting section extended from nearly the center of the cover and stored in the aperture, a leg joined with the supporting section, and a foot which is so arranged as to form an acute angle with respect to the leg.
