PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio-frequency LAN card wherein the floating state of its cover can be judged constantly, and whether it is good or bad can be identified uniformly. SOLUTION: The radio-frequency LAN card has a through-hole 6c provided in a top-surface plate 6a of a cover 6 attached to a circuit board 1, and has an identifier 5 provided on the top surface of the circuit board 1 which is positioned in the cover 6 oppositely to the through-hole 6c. When the clearance between the top surface of the circuit board 1 and the lower end of the side-surface plate 6b of the cover 6 is not smaller than a predetermined dimension, the identifier 5 can be judged from the outside of the cover 6 through the clearance. Therefore, an inspector can so judge constantly by a visual inspection and by using the identifier 5 as a judging reference whether the cover is floated or not as to be able to judge uniformly whether the radio-frequency LAN card is good or bad, and as to be able to obtain the easily visible identifier 5 by using the through-hole 6c as a lightening hole.
