PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely and simultaneously connect a plurality of drive circuit boards including ones having conductor portions with different thicknesses to the terminals of a display panel via an ACF. SOLUTION: As a drive circuit board FPC4 having the conductor portion of the maximum thickness, the drive circuit board is used wherein a substrate 4b having such a thickness that the total sum of the thickness of the drive circuit board FPC4 and the thickness of the substrate 4b laminated on the conductor 4a is larger than the total thickness of the other drive circuit substrate COF5. Upon pressing, the effective pressure acting on the ACF6 at the position where the large total thickness thereof is made larger than the effective pressure acting on the ACF6 at the position of the other COF5 having a smaller total thickness. Thus, the exclusion of the resin 6a of the ACF6 at that position is improved and the flattening of electrically conductive grains 6b is promoted so that the increase of the connection resistance can be avoided.
