PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more easily reduce in size a printed-circuit board of a leakage guard relay mounting circuit components on one printed-circuit board. SOLUTION: Power supply terminals L<SB>1</SB>, L<SB>2</SB>and load terminals L'<SB>1</SB>, L'<SB>2</SB>are arranged on front surface side of one rectangular printed-circuit board 5, and a normally-closed contact part 6 consisting of both-end cut normally-closed contact, a relay coil 15 for opening normally-closed contact, a leakage detection part 8, a leakage current detection ZCT 7, and a transformerless DC power supply part 11 are mounted on it. Movable contact plates 21a, 21b are extended in parallel with the printed-circuit board 5a from each of power supply terminals L<SB>1</SB>, L<SB>2</SB>, and fixed terminal plates 22a, 22b are extended one by one in parallel with the printed-circuit board 5a from each of the load terminals L'<SB>1</SB>, L'<SB>2</SB>, and by making contact each movable contact plate 21a, 21b with the corresponding fixed contact plate 22a, 22b, the normally-closed contact is constructed.
