PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adapter allowing an electric apparatus corresponding to a miniaturized electric outlet to be connected to an electric outlet standardized in accordance with JIS specifications. SOLUTION: In insertion holes 1 and 2 being voltage electrodes, longitudinal directions thereof are perpendicular to each other and the insertion hole 2 is separated from the insertion hole 1 in the width direction of the insertion hole 1; an insertion hole 3 being a ground electrode is separated from the insertion hole 2 in the width direction of the insertion hole 2 and located at a part corresponding to an area between one end out of both ends of the insertion hole 2 separated from the insertion hole 1 in the longitudinal direction of the insertion hole 2 and the insertion hole 1. Plug blades 9 and 10 being voltage electrodes are arranged side by side in a form for making center lines along the longitudinal directions in cross sections coincide with each other; and a plug blade 11 being a ground electrode is located in a part separated from the plug blades 9 and 10 in the width direction of the cross sections of the plug blades 9 and 10 and corresponding to an area between cross sections of the plug blades 9 and 10.
