PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing apparatus that can increase the convenience and reliability of test processing. SOLUTION: The information processing apparatus has a function-means-based test means capable of executing a test of a function means in response to a test control notification from the function means, and a test means capable of notifying a test instruction to the function means.
