PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To intuitively and efficiently recognize detection of radio wave having no information related to its transmission place, such as illegal radio wave detection. SOLUTION: A phased-array antenna PAA and an imaging apparatus VCM are mounted to a camera platform TPH and are controlled by an integral control section CNT and a scan timing control section TMC so as to scan the same range in the same direction, the imaged image and radio wave transmission source detected by the phased-array antenna PAA are synthesized by a video synthesis section VIG so that the position matches with the position on the image, and the synthesized image is displayed on a video display section DSP. Thus, it can be intuitively and easily recognized from which position in the field of view the radio wave is transmitted. This display can be performed automatically and instantly, so that, when the the radio wave transmission position is displayed on the image together with the detection time and the passage of time, the radio wave transmitted from a mobile object as well as the moving state can be easily and intuitively recognized.
