PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire uniformity measuring method shortening a time required for measuring tire uniformity without deteriorating measuring precision, in particular, the time required for measuring the tire uniformity in a high rigidity of tire. SOLUTION: This tire uniformity measuring method includes steps of: carrying out warming-up of rotating a pneumatic tire at the first rotation speed r1 for a prescribed time; and measuring the tire uniformity of the pneumatic tire, while rotating the pneumatic tire at the second rotation speed r2, and the first rotation speed r1 is higher than the second rotation speed r2.
