PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steel cover receiving frame wherein a height of a position of each nut of a receiving frame can be easily adjusted individually by rotating an entirely-threaded bolt inserted into the nut on each position. SOLUTION: An opening is provided in a concrete floor plate while a receiving frame 1 supports a cover opening/closing over the opening, wherein a plurality of nuts 2 are mounted orthogonally to a plane surface around the periphery of the receiving frame. An entirely-threaded bolt is screwed to the nut. The entirely-threaded bolts screwed with the nuts mounted around the periphery of the receiving frame project downward, so that they become the feet for the self-supporting frame.
