PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely connect upper-lower steel pipe piles, without welding the upper-lower steel pipe piles, and without arranging a bolt inserting hole in an end part of the steel pipe piles, in a joint of the steel pipe pile driven in a rotary pressing system. SOLUTION: A plurality of support blocks 2 are inserted into a sleeve 1, and an end part of the upper-lower steel pipe piles 10 and 11 is respectively inserted between an inner surface of the sleeve 1 and the support blocks 2, and the support blocks 2 are press-fitted to an inner surface of the steel pipe pile by fastening a bolt 3. When rotating the upper steel pipe pile, the support blocks 2 incline with the bolt 3 as the center, and fastening force of the bolt for press-fitting the support blocks 2 to the inner surface of the steel pipe pile is increased, and the upper-lower steel pipe piles are surely connected, and rotation is transmitted to the lower steel pipe pile.
