PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wrap film storage box of a highly safe structure which storage box eliminates a risk of hurting fingers by a cutting blade upon pulling a wrap film out of the storage box with the cutting blade and cutting the film. SOLUTION: Fingers opening a cover flap 55 with a cutting blade 66 first and fingers nipping the front edge of the film in a next move are exposed to a high risk of being hurt by the cutting blade 66. To eliminate the risk, the cutting blade 66 is not formed near the center of the longitudinal edge of the cover flap 55 that is in an area where both fingers move, but is formed at both ends of the longitudinal edge of the cover flap 55.
