PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double-layered rubber sheet for thermocompression bonding, the deterioration of which under the condition that an anisotropical electroconductive adhesive employing a radical reaction base resin is employed is small and which is excellent in durability. SOLUTION: This double-layered rubber sheet for thermocompression bonding is made of a double-layered rubber layer formed by providing a fluorine base rubber layer on at least one side of a silicone rubber layer under the condition that, in the silicone rubber layer, the average polymerization degree of organosiloxane, the contents of a filler, a metal oxide or the like are specified and the rubber composition of the fluorine base layer is also specified.
