PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a workpiece loading stand whose work loading face shape can be changed in accordance with the shape of the placement face of the workpiece. SOLUTION: A pin supporting stand has a pin accommodation space S, and a plurality of work supporting pins 6 are held such that they can ascend or descend within the pin accommodation space S. Coil springs 7 energizes the work supporting pins 6. A surface including the tips of individual work support pins 6 composes a work loading face M. Accordingly, when a workpiece is placed on the work loading face M, individual work support pins 6 tend to descend while resisting against coil springs 7 in accordance with the shape of the load face. As a result, the shape of the work loading face M becomes to match the shape of the placement face of the workpiece. Clamp metal fixture 12, on the other hand, is protruded into or withdrawn from the pin accommodation space S, so that it holds and fixes the work loading face M in its shape.
