PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device of a machine tool capable of easily constructing the hardware of a main controller of a processor body, easily creating software, and shortening a time until an analysis of a cause and a contermeasure performed and taken when respective peripheral devices are failed. SOLUTION: In this machine tool with a processor body and a plurality of devices, sub controllers 13-19 for independently controlling actions of the respective devices are installed to the devices, and a main controller 11 is installed to concentratedly manage the respective controllers 13-19. A function for controlling the start and stop of the actions of the devices to the sub controllers is given to the main controller 11. The device is equipped with software for determining kinds of interlocking signals to select one of a plurality of kinds of the interlocking signals stored in a storage medium according to contents of the abnormal signals, and outputting it to the respective sub controllers 13-19, when abnormal signals are inputted to the main controller 11 by the sub controllers 13-19.
