PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a image display holder, in which a sheet type image can be correctly and easily disposed. SOLUTION: The display holder comprises a first rectangular plate member A that is transparent for covering an image surface of a rectangular sheet type image X, a second rectangular plate member B that is transparent in the same shape and size to the first member A to position the sheet type image to a prescribed position in the first member A, and be disposed on the back surface of the sheet type image, and a pressure contact member D to pressure-hold the sheet type image at the prescribed position between the first member A and the second member B. The second member B has a center point H of a plane in pressure contact with the sheet type image (intersection of diagonals connecting angular parts F<SB>1</SB>-F<SB>3</SB>and F<SB>2</SB>-F<SB>4</SB>in the second member B to each other), and a straight line segment I through the center point, and perpendicular to an upper and a lower edges of the plane in pressure contact, without including outside parts of the upper and lower edges of the sheet type image.
