<p>The system has a unit for fundamental specification of article (1) as physical base units under a unit independent article number. Another unit has a specific physical measuring unit assigned to the base unit. Third unit is provided, in which physical system units are discarded. The system units have physical base units, when integral multiple are derived, where all relevant additional information are assigned to the base unit.</p>
