A light emitting layer(17) emits light by UV having passed through the optical controller, and includes a UV inorganic fluorescent body and photo-luminescence QD(quantum dot) having a quantum confinement effect. The optical controller has a plurality of pixel regions, and the light emitting layer includes a unit light emitting layer corresponding to each pixel region.
