A fan blade balancing testing apparatus for a cooling tower is provided to promote a quality enhancement of a blade by solving an unbalance of the blade regardless of the skill level of workers with adjusting a balancing of the blade on the basis of a measured value provided quantitatively. In a fan blade balancing testing apparatus for a cooling tower, a frame(20) is installed by being laid on a ground in a state of maintaining an upper side thereof to be paralleled. A supporting unit(40) coupled at an upper part of the frame supports a blade and makes a weight caused by the blade to be acted to a load cell mounted therein. And, a computer displays a measured value transferred from the load cell of the supporting unit.
