A HYDROXAMIC ACID DERIVATIVE AND THE PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF

Provided are a hydroxamic acid derivative which shows an antioxidizing effect and a collagen biosynthesis enhancing effect, its preparation method, and a skin preparation composition for external use containing the derivative. The hydroxamic acid derivative is represented by the formula 1, wherein R1 and R2 is a C1-C10 alkyl group; R3 is -(CH)n-; n is 0 or 1; and R4 is H or a methyl group. The method comprises the steps of reacting a 3,4-dialkoxybenzoic acid and methyl 4-aminobenzoate or methyl 4-aminophenyl acetate to prepare a benzamide compound; hydrolyzing a methyl ester group of the benzamide compound to prepare an acid; and reacting the acid with hydroxylamineÀHCl salt or N-methyl hydroxylamineÀHCl salt to prepare the hydroxamic acid derivative of the formula 1.
