<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substantialized button function-equipped capacitance type touch panel. <P>SOLUTION: This capacitance type touch panel has: a deformable soft first conductor layer 404 positioned below a panel 402; a second conductor layer 408; and a deformable soft insulative layer 406 positioned between the first conductor layer 404 and the second conductor layer 408, having at least one hollow 4062. When pushing a position corresponding to the hollow 4062, the first conductor layer 404 is deformed, and penetrates the hollow 4062 such that the first conductor layer 404 contacts with the second conductor layer 408 to change voltage of the first conductor layer 404 or the second conductor layer 408, so that a preset button function can be touched off. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
