<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an agent for inhibiting transporter activity of estrone-3-sulfate transporter, a mammary cancer cell proliferation inhibitor and a mammary cancer treating agent unnecessary to be taken into the cell, having excellent drug delivery performance and exhibiting extremely low side actions. <P>SOLUTION: The agent contains one or more components selected from genistein, quercetin, ginkgolide C, theaflavin, theaflavin 3-O-gallate, chalcone, rutin, daidzein, daidzin, flavanone, flavonol, geraldol, hesperetin, hesperidin, ipriflavone, luteolin-7-O-glucoside, methoxychalcone, 4'-metyl-7-methoxy-isoflavone, 5-morin, myricetin, naringenin, naringenin-7-glycoside, naringin, neohesperidin dihydrochalcone, nomilin, primuletin, poncirin, scutellarein, catechin hydrate, and their chemically modified compounds. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
