<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monitoring technology that does not make an excessive request of available throughput about monitoring all connections to be monitored in the monitoring technology for monitoring a mobile network and connections of an IP telephone or the like. <P>SOLUTION: In this method for sharing measurement data between a first node and a second node, the measurement data are acquired by the first node and relate to an event associated with a handover mechanism of a communication network, and the method is a step for selecting a signaling packet to be transmitted from the first node to the second node as a portion of processing relating to the handover mechanism.
