PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-noise pneumatic tire for preventing damage of acoustic absorbent in removing from a rim a tire having a tread inner peripheral face with acoustic absorbent. SOLUTION: In the low-noise pneumatic tire T, the acoustic absorbent 5 made from porous material is installed to the inner peripheral face of a tread part 1. Lubricant is coated on an inner peripheral face of the acoustic absorbent 5 or a protection layer harder than the acoustic absorbent 5 is coated on both end parts in a width direction of the inner peripheral face of the acoustic absorbent 5.
