<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sustain a primary transmission rate by avoiding collision of packets. <P>SOLUTION: The transmission device applicable to a second wireless communication system using a frequency band, including a plurality of frequency bands for use in a first wireless communications system entirely comprises sections (50, 51), having compatibility with the first wireless communications system and generating an occupancy signal for informing the first wireless communications system such that the second wireless communications system occupies the wireless medium, a section (51) for detecting a free frequency band among the plurality of frequency bands for use in a first wireless communications system, and a section (500) for transmitting an occupancy signal in a detected frequency band, each time a free frequency band is detected at the detecting section (51). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
