PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a fiber reinforced plastic molded product capable of simply and easily removing a heat-shrinkable tape from a molded product and capable of achieving the enhancement of productivity. SOLUTION: After a strip like reinforcing fiber base material 2 impregnated with a matrix resin is wound around a mandrel 1 in a spiral state or a roll winding state, strip like cloth 4 made of a resin is wound around the outer peripheral surface thereof and, after the heat-shrinkable tape 3 is further wound around the outer peripheral surface thereof, the whole is put in an oven to be heated and cured. The heat-shrinkable tape 3 and the strip like cloth 4 made of the resin such as nylon cloth or the like is detached from the cured molded product, and the mandrel 1 is drawn out of the molded product finally to manufacture a cylindrical molded product.
