PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent both sides A, B from coming into system down when an overcurrent of an SIV 3 at either the side A or the side B is detected, in an SIV parallel operation system. SOLUTION: An SIV control part 4 at each of side A and side B stops the operation the SIV when the control part detects the overcurrent of the SIV, releases an ACK 7 and a TLK 9, splits a load draw-in wire toward the side A and the side B from the TLK, makes both the SIVs at the side A and the side B automatically restart while leaving the TLK as it is, feeds power to the load draw-in wire again by actuating the ACK, locks out the SIV at the side where the load wire is grounded by detecting the overcurrent of the SIV when the ACK is actuated, and on the other hand, makes the SIV at the side where the load wire is not grounded continue to operate as it is after the restart of the SIV, without detecting the overcurrent even if the ACK is actuated.
