PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication terminal device which resolves inconvenience of a user who receives plural pieces of electronic mail from the same Internet facsimile device. SOLUTION: The communication terminal device comprises: an input means of inputting information based on a user's instruction; a first decision means of deciding if input information to be input by the input means is an e-mail address; and a setting means of implementing first control to set the input information to a From field when it is decided that the information is an e-mail address by the first decision means and second control to set the input information to a Subject field when it is decided that the information is not an e-mail address. In addition, the device has a second decision means of deciding if the input information is attribute information showing the contents of attributes of the e-mail and an attribute addition means to add the attribute information to the Subject field when it is decided that the information is attribute information by the second decision means.
