PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-address transmission system cable of grasping the declaration of intention of a group member being a listener while performing speech communication in multi-address communication, and to provide a server device, a terminal device, and a data distributing method and program. SOLUTION: The terminal device 300A transmits data to a PTT server 100 during PTT speech communication, the PTT server 100 accumulates received data and transmits accumulation result data to terminal devices 300A to C being terminal devices used by PTT speech communication members, and the terminal devices 300A to C receive and output the accumulation result data.
