PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To operate an external recording apparatus with the same sensation as an internal recording apparatus, when it should be desired not to use the internal recording apparatus due to some failures or malfunctions, and to remove a situation where record information is impaired. SOLUTION: This system has a controller for unifying operation, a receiver for receiving a broadcasting signal, a demodulation and signal processor for demodulating and processing a reception signal and converting it into a display signal, and a record processor. This system further comprises an accommodation part (41-1) for for accommodating the built-in recording apparatus integrated with the system, a connection terminal (24) for connecting the external recording apparatus, and a use apparatus switch (56g8) for switching the external recording apparatus so as to control it as the built-in recording apparatus, in response to an operation.
